We usually go to the ViaVai for lunch very often, but unfortunately it is getting worse and worse since the boss is more at DonGiovanni. The waiters are cheeky and sometimes even very rude. The prices in the menu are never the same as the prices on the bill and if you ask the gentlemen about it, they get sloppy and say yes, that's what the boss said. We only picked up something again today. We paid β¬ 8.50 for Rigatoni AlForno, the gentleman in front of us only β¬ 8. When we asked the waiters about it again, they only said "Corona". After us there was a lady who was addressed by the waiter more than cheekily and impudently. It's a shame that it's getting worse and worse. The pick-up times are never right, you always wait at least 15 minutes longer than previously said, even though there isn't much going on. The long waiting times were already before the lockdown light in the restaurant ... But the food tastes good. We hope that it will change again and that it will get better.
Delicious food and very nice staff
Good pizza friendly service
Very nice staff, π π
First-class Italian cuisine with personal service. Just like it used to be in Italy.
Unfriendly waiter, no vegetarian pizzas in the lunch menu
Really really good service, Really good food. Best place in Freising for Italian food. What we miss these days In restaurant is service and this place gives not only good food but also good service. #mustvisit
Very nice service, very familiar, good price-performance ratio. We would love to come back.
Absolute cheek, after the service on the phone was already extremely unfriendly, we ordered our food anyway. Spaghetti with prawns, white wine sauce, and vegetables I got butter noodles with 1 prawn as well as the gnocchi, burnt and absolutely salty, not to mention the salad I think I was from last week.
The waiter forgot us because our food and drinks came very late. But taste was very good.
Nice italian place with yummy pizza. Kind staff and well located in the middle of Freising
Very tasty and super friendly
good italian with very friendly service. Large selection of pizzas, approx. 3-4 variants to choose from each type of pasta, fish, meat also approx. 3-4 dishes + daily menu. Price performance is really okay.
Good food, nice service but a bit slow even when nearly empty
Great nice place and great food. Was there 3 times great I would not have thought I would go back again.
My family and I were guests of via Vai and everyone ordered a pizza. We ordered them before the rush. We waited over an hour while each subsequent guest was already being served. Although the waiters are constantly passing by, no one noticed that we didn't have anything to eat yet, no one apologized and no one spoke to them, but the waiters mauled each other when we pointed out that we might be forgotten would have. Have been there for the first time and will be the last time. Otherwise bad service, inattentive and forgetful. The guests next to us were not asked for drinks for about 20 minutes.
Food is always quite good, but should the sanitary facilities maintained (cold water hand basin, no soap) and generally the condition of the restaurant modernized plus cleaned. I would recommend a reservation as the restaurant is often very busy!
NEVER mess up the food! It's just always delicious. The only thing that bothers me are the prices and the waiter. He is super friendly to us, but looks so deep in the eyes and is ashamed of ...? π But really cute
The food is excellent, especially the calamari are recommended! The price-performance ratio is absolutely correct. We'll be back!
The food in the Via Vai was always very delicious for us, we were never disappointed in taste. But the last 3 times when we were there we were hardly noticed by the waitresses. We had to wait more than 15 minutes to even get a card and guests who came later than us could order after 5 minutes - while we still had no card. The other time, the beer garden was already empty and we were the only ones waiting for food - between starter and main course passed more than an hour. It is a pity that most of the service the great food is not worthy.
I like to come here and it is currently the Italian restaurant my choice here in Freising. The quality of the food I like, but in my opinion varies. For one thing, the bread is really excellent, for example, and average at the other. The service fits but could sometimes be faster from person to person.
Best Pizza in town
Great place. The owner is a true Italian. The staff courteous. The food was an absolute dream. Everything was right. You should definitely reserve and still bring patience. But it's worth it
It's good.
Very good Italian restaurant. Food very tasty and inexpensive. Innovative dishes that are very tasty. At the weekend you should reserve in the evening
Nice place, can sit outside. A little slow food.
Top
Food ok. Interior and feeling ok. Nothing spectacular.
Excellent italian restaurant, good pasta but also the fish is really good, I can recommend the grilled calamari. Service also very friendly. Only downside, it is sometimes hard to find a parking space.
